At Akiss Events, we start the event process by creating a logistics plan to effectively execute all of the intricate details of your special day. We generally like to meet a couple of months before your event to go over all the details and formalities.

The first order of business is to create a timeline and sort the details for every minute of the day. Next, we connect with your vendors to introduce ourselves and let them know that we are coordinating your event and to get aquatinted with the specifics of each vendor agreement. Last but not least, we incorporate all your wishes into the timeline taking into consideration all your vendors to ensure your vision is being brought to life exactly as you dreamed of and more!
Once your special day comes, the planning you have done is complete and now you’re ready to party as we execute every detail to your specification. That way, we ensure that your focus is only on making positive and lasting memories that will be in your hearts for the rest of your lives.
